This set includes; our Finest Vintage– a 3 year mature cheddar containing calcium crystals with a sweet note starter, our Red Leicester- a rich, creamy red Leicester truckle, sealed in traditional wax. Lastly, to add that hint of smokiness, we have included our Traditional Applesmoked– which has been smoked over applewood chips naturally to add that authentic smokey taste. We have paired our cheeses perfectly with the fruity notes of Tanners Port, as well as our Percivals Fire Chutney and Percivals Sea Salted Crackers to enhance the creaminess of our cheese.
