Yes! Our boxes are made to keep your products cool in transit but you will need to refrigerate them on arrival.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Once your order leaves our facility, most deliveries will arrive on the next working day.

We ship with Royal Mail 24, offering delivery from Monday to Sunday, between 7 am and 6 pm. You might receive a text or email with an estimated delivery time. If you’re not available to receive your package, you can choose to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbor.

Our waxed truckles are designed for maximum shelf life and quality. Once received, they can be frozen for up to six months to extend their freshness.

After opening, we recommend keeping the cheese well-wrapped and stored in an airtight container. For the best taste and quality, please consume within 3 days of opening.

Yes, all of our waxed truckles and cheese barrels are made with pasteurised milk.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (working days- Monday to Friday) before dispatch to make any changes.

If the issue is caused by an incorrect delivery address or the recipient not being available at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a re-order.

There are several ways to open a waxed cheese, but we recommend cutting off the top of the truckle. From there, you can either scoop out the cheese or peel the wax from the sides for a fully “naked” cheese experience.

While the wax we use is food-grade and not toxic, we recommend not consuming it. Eating a significant amount of wax can be harmful, so please remove it before enjoying the cheese.

All of our cheeses are wrapped in wax to help extend their shelf life. Each cheese comes with a best before date, but it is still safe to consume after this date.

For longer storage, you can also freeze our cheese for up to six months.
