Our Mouse House Gin Lovers hamper is hand-packed and full of Mouse House favourites. We have included Still Sisters Rose and Hibiscus London Dry Gin is made unique by its light floral notes of rosehip delicately balanced with fruity hibiscus, giving it a sharp freshness especially on a summer cheeseboard. We have also carefully paired this with some fresh garlic and basil olives to compliment our traditionally applewood smoked cheese, which is infused with paprika to create a sweet note. We have also added our Gin & Tonic Cheese which is a creamy cheddar cheese infused with the refreshing flavour of gin and tonic – the perfect choice for a summer picnic or the festive party season. Our Gin & Tonic cheese has been created by soaking juniper berries in Gin, then incorporated into a mature cheddar, to ensure we provide the authentic taste of a G&T! We know all of those Gin and Cheese lovers out there have dreamt about this cheese… so we’ve made it come true. However, if you love a traditional strong cheese then look no further as we have added the Mouse House Vintage cheese which is aged to perfection with naturally forming calcium crystals.
