Returns & Refunds Policy

We are only able to refund if the goods are undamaged and intact with no nibbles, you must inform us within 24 hours of an issue by phone or email with your delivery information.
The items must be returned and received within 14 days from the original delivery. We advise that you allow 4 days for the order to be delivered back to us due to this we recommend you make sure your order is returned 10 days after date of receipt.
Upon return of the items if they are not in their original state, we will not be able to offer a refund. If an order has been mistakenly received or was damaged on delivery, then please get in contact either by telephone or via email.
The original order number must be referenced on return and then a full refund can be made.
