Yes! Our boxes are made to keep your products cool in transit but you will need to refrigerate them on arrival.
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 3-5 working days and most orders will be next day delivery once they leave us. There may be exceptions during high volume periods. You will receive an email with a despatch notification and a tracking order once they have been collected.
We cannot guarantee a specific date for delivery but if you are ordering for a special occasion, please put the date in the customer notes and
we will do our best to get it there, on or as near to it as possible.
We do not include prices on our packing sheet and you are able to send a message to be included if you wish.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only deliver to mainland UK.
Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery costs. Please email us for further information.
We offer free shipping for orders over £30 and our all of hampers for mainland UK. We do not offer free shipping to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please email us for further information.
Yes! If you add all the products in the checkout, you can specify what item goes to what address. Delivery charges will be applied to each address
UK/ DHL can deliver Monday- Saturday (we currently don’t offer Saturday delivery) they can deliver between 7 am- 6 pm. You might receive a text/email with an estimated time for delivery. If you are not in, you can leave in a safe place or with neighbors.
Our waxed truckles are designed to last as long as possible once received are able to be freeze for up six months. Once opened, please ensure the cheeses are kept wrapped and air tight- if so will last around two weeks in the fridge.
All of our waxed truckles and cheese barrels are produced with pasteurised milk, so are safe for pregnant woman. Our Just Jane raw and Artisan blue is not pasteurised and therefore we would not recommend.
Please get in touch by email to [email protected] including you order number and the correct address. We require a minimum 48hrs (working days) notice to ensure this can be changed. If the order has been sent out, we will try to get this diverted if it hasn’t been delivered.
You will receive a tracking number with your order dispatch confirmation. However, please do email [email protected] with your order number and we can give this to you. You will also receive tracking notifications by email and phone ( if provided once ordered)
You can use the tracking emailed/ texted by UK Mail and will receive a notification once delivered.
