Delivery Information

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days of order and are shipped via UK Mail, delivery times are between 7 am & 6 pm, delivery is £5.95 for mainland UK, or free after £30 there are extra charges if shipping to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands- please get in contact. We ship through UK Mail and Royal Mail on occasions. We ship Monday-Thursday.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct snd full address of the recipient on ordering. If you need to change the address, it will need to be in writing not less than 48 hours prior to despatch. Any delays or loss of parcel due to wrong or incomplete address will not be the responsibility of the mouse house.
Any parcels that are unable to be delivered due to a wrong or incomplete address will incur an admin fee and postage fee of £6 to resend. We also reserve the right to charge an additional restocking fee for perishable items.

The Mouse House Cheese Company pays for delivery service with a third-party courier company to deliver our packages. Therefore, although we take great care in the despatch of your order in good time, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur with the courier company during high volume periods. We will send you a despatch notification and a tracking number for you to ensure someone is at home to receive the package. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery

If the parcel is returned to us due to an absent recipient, we reserve the right to charge the customer a £6 admin and postage fee to resend. There may also be an additional restocking fee due to the perishable nature of the goods.
