What are the different types of coupons I could receive?
Discount/Money off coupons
Our discount coupons entitle you to money off either part or all of your order. Each coupon sets out either a fixed value or percentage amount that will be deducted from your bill, which products are applicable to your discount.
In some (but not all) cases your coupon may require a minimum spend, which requires your total order to equal or exceed a specific value. This will normally be stated on your coupon/voucher.
On occasions, some goods may be excluded from your discount. In most cases these exclusions will be stated on your coupon.
Product specific coupons
These coupons entitle you to money off particular products. Each coupon sets out which product the coupon applies to and the saving you will make (either a fixed amount or percentage of your total spend on valid products). These coupons are subject to the relevant products being available to us and in stock when we pick your order for delivery. The minimum spend excludes delivery charges (however delivery is always free for any hamper or order over £30.) On occasions, some goods may be excluded from your discount. In most cases these exclusions will be stated on your coupon.
Free product coupons
These coupons entitle you to free products under a variety of conditions (stated on your voucher). A validated free product coupon will, when activated, add a free product to your shopping basket at no extra cost. In the event that a specified free product is unavailable, you will receive the closest substitute to your original.
How do I use a coupon?
Each coupon will set out a coupon code to be entered on the checkout page. To activate the coupon, valid products must already be in your shopping basket. You can then enter the coupon code on either the shopping basket page or on the checkout page. If your coupon code is valid, you will see either a discount in your order totals, or additional products added to your basket.
How long can I use the coupons for?
Each coupon will set out an expiry date and it’s number of uses you can make. Please check the expiry date carefully. Some coupons may simply set out an expiry date by which you must place your order. The coupon will automatically expire on the expiry date. If a coupon states single use, you (the recipient) may only redeem the coupon once. Coupons sent to you are for your use and your use alone. We reserve the right to reject your use of a coupon where we reasonably suspect abuse or fraud.
Early termination or withdrawal of coupons
We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate our coupons at any time without notice, either as a whole or in part (e.g. just for specific delivery areas) where necessary. This would normally only occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a withdrawn or terminated coupon, your coupon code may not be valid for orders placed after the withdrawel/termination date. This does not affect any orders that have already been accepted, processed or dispatched.
We have complete discretion over the coupons that we make available. We may run different coupons for different customers with different terms. We may limit certain coupons to specific regions, delivery areas or dates.
