
Delivery & Shipping Information
At The Mouse House Cheese Company, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Dispatch Times:
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday). We ship year-round on weekdays and may also dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays during busy periods.
Courier Service & Delivery Times:
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24. Deliveries typically take place between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Please allow 2–3 days for delivery after dispatch.
Delivery Charges:

£5.95 delivery fee applies to all orders within Mainland UK, Highlands, and Northern Ireland.

FREE delivery on orders over £30.
Delivery Address:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is full and correct, including the postcode. If you need to amend your address, please contact us in writing at least 24 hours before your order is dispatched.
We cannot re-deliver to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undelivered parcels containing perishable items are destroyed and cannot be returned. In such cases, a new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.
Courier Delays:
We work with trusted third-party couriers, but during peak times, delays can occasionally occur. While we always aim to dispatch your order on time, we are not liable for any courier-related delays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery and ensure someone is available to receive it.
