This hamper contains all the best products in the Just Jane range, which is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the Lancaster Bomber ‘Jane’ in East Kirkby, Lincolnshire. A perfect gift for any aviation fanatics, and is a close charity to our company as this is only down the road from our farm. We love supporting family run missions, and the brothers Fred and Harold set this up in memory of their brother Christopher who crashed over Germany in a Halifax Bomber. Proceedings from the Just Jane range goes towards the restoration of ‘Jane’ the Lancaster Bomber.
This set includes our handmade Just Jane Cheddar which is a creamy mature cheddar produced on Lymn Bank Farm, in Lincolnshire. We have also added our Just Jane Smoked, which is naturally coal smoked on our farm, with hints of paprika to create a beautiful apple smoked cheddar. Our accompaniments are the Just Jane Bitter from Ferry Ales which is locally brewed, as well as snacking chillies and cheese which pairs perfectly with the local ale. Lastly, we have included our traditional sea-salted crackers and fire chutney, which enhances our beautiful British cheddar.
