This set includes three of our locally produced cheddars; our Smoked Barrel, which has been naturally oak-smoked to ensure you can taste the authentic smokiness. As well as two of our Truckles; Finest Vintage– a 3 year mature, containing calcium crystals with a sweet note starter and Garlic & Chive– a cheese that packs a punch of garlic with chives to enhance the delicious cheddar. We have paired our Percival’s Sea Salted Crackers and Percival’s Fire Chutney, as well as Bourgogne Chardonnay, which has a vibrancy of apple characteristics on the palate, partnered with subtle oak, resulting in a crisp, approachable Chardonnay.
